UK ITV1 programs have wrong start time from Radio Times (1 Viewer)

It looks like the UK Radio Times site (xmltv.radiotimes.com) that is used by WebEPG is providing ITV1 programs with the wrong start time - they are +1 hour.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Not sure about ITV1 but ITV1 HD had this problem on my setup on Saturday night.

Well, your issue is really weird. Normally, battery should be OK but, who know ? And, if you have something like that : It could be interesting to see if your battery give 3 Volts. Also, if, after 3 days (for example) if you can start your PC manually and, go into the BIOS, motherboard BIOS time could be a good indicator.
