Thank to frenzy for the original translation, i have added some missing strings and made minor corrections to strings_el.xml and MediaPortal.DeployTool.el-GR.resx

Some quick minor corrections, spelling or otherwise.

Κάνε μου μια χάρη και διόρθωσε τα παρακάτω στο el.xml που τα έχεις πρόχειρα και φρέσκα, δεν ξέρω αν είναι δικά σου, δικά μου ή παλαιότερα.
id=727 Αντί για "υπόβαθρο" καλύτερα "φόντο".
id=1031 Επανεκκίνηση
id=100601 Προγραμματισμός
id=100707 EPG ->Αντιστοίχιση καναλιού

και στο
id=1970 αντί για "διάκενο" θα προτιμούσα "διάστημα" απλούστερο και εξ'ίσου περιγραφικό του αγγλικού όρου.

Καλό είναι να αποφεύγεται η "ξύλινη" γλώσσα όπου αυτό είναι δυνατό.

strings_el.xml -> Line 1900 End Element string is misspelled (case type error)
The problem founded by revision 25521 and it prohibits greek language file parsing.
