All stable patches it backported from the running SVN, so it's not a own revision number in the current SVN.
rtv it's the developer that currently does the work on it, when patches/fixes are added in/to SVN he apply them to the stable release & test to see if it can be added to a comming stable patch or not.

if installer and configuration menus could be multilingual i would very hapily participate in making polish translation. i think this could make mediaportal more friendly ;) to some people (not everyone speaks english, unfortunately :P)

the easiest solution is to switch coding to unicode.
i'm working right now on polish translation (nearly finished) and it works OK
you just need to change this line:
?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-2"?
so it looks like that:
?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?
and the problem is solved.
