Thanks for that. I wasn't aware the other files (inf and bup) had references (by file name) in them to the VOB file. I've done the folder thing and it works well and to top it off my other media player happliy works that way too.

My favourite is the compro t-200 or t-300. You're looking at around $119 for the dtv only t-200 or $129 for the Analogue and Digital t-300.

Interesting. I just had a tinker with the Nvidia Audio codec properties, and if I set the SPDIF mode to ProLogic, rather than SPDIF (so the signal being sent is MP2, still over the SPDIF) the problem with the loss of audio no longer occurs.
I'm going to investigate different version of the codec to see if the behavior is the same...

Can I ask if updating the svn, which you say you have tried several times. ONE update svn ok, putting svn over the top of another svn may cause problems.
You need to uninstall and then delete the old mediaPortal folder.
If you do not, you risk screwing up your installation and never being able to put things right.

A quick test showed that the function is working properly in the video and picture modules. However, it does not work in the music module because the Music Windows don't have the "Delete Item" action assigned to their 0 keys (I use an X10 remote).

Just to let you all know that im still working on it. Got one bug left to fix then I can release a beta. Does anyone have any experience on why mkisofs.exe sometimes crashes with a stackdump? If I call it from a bat file in a command line then all ok....but if I call the same bat file from MP it crashes.
