I have exactly the same error as you do with my Scaleo E (actually, I had to use the TV engine to make the TV work at all in MP). I have never been able to figure out how to make MP realise I have two cards. I only use the analog parts of the cards, though.

Most tag editors will allow you to put whatever you want in the genre field, so you could put 'pop,electronic' if you wanted to but I'm not sure how media portal handles this situation, whether it treats it as one genre or multiple genres as it's not something I use very often.

I compared to my vista business machine and here it installs a lot more devices in HID devices and also a USB device, while in 2008 it does not. I tried copying the drivers from my vista machine to 2008 but no luck at all.. (both 64 bit)
