Having trouble installing or configuring MediaPortal?
I have scanned channels on both cards but I am not sure if I am adding them to the tuner or not.
One card is PCI the other is PCIE
I am running 32bit vista as I was told the drivers for these cards under 64bit are very unstable.
PS. Once I sort out all these bugs in my system I can see it being an awesome program.

same version installed with TV server i get no channels found, the search bar goes very quickly but no channels found.
In the standalone version without TV server i get no capture cards found message.
It does work with vista media center.

I have the problem that when osd ist activated or I'm on Epg View and I press escape it goes back 2x.
Like I press 2x escape. On other "pages" it works normally.

There are many users (including me) that change channels on external receivers using the IR-blasters that come with the MCE-remote, as well as get the EPG-data for all the channels. You just have to search the forums....it contains all the help you need. …:D

You might want to look at MPTVSeries and Moving Pictures (early beta, awaiting next release), both these should update themselves, so you only need to point them to where the files are stored.
