Did you do a advanced install, check that the TVPlugin is enabled in MP config.
Hopefully you did not do a MP + TVClient plugin install, if you have then you need to reinstall, as thats designed to work with TVServer.

When pinnacle start making bda compliant drivers, googled it and it also does not work with any version of MCE that i can find.

yep, only some Viz work in MP as it actually requires a dev to manually add the support for each viz.
I also recommend milkdrop 2. It's a great one and works well. Just needs a little bit of configuration which is not as easy as some.
