Edit - It worked if I imported the file as "Babylon 5 - 0x08" first, and then renamed it to to what you suggested.

Usually to fix it, you can try re-saving the online data for Lost Series. Wait 10-15 mins and do another scan, hopefully change will of fixed it.

Yes, but for your first question it's very messy, there's no gui for it so you'll need to edit the database by hand.
For your second question, just press "F9" on a episode and choose "mark as watched" in the menu.
