FYI: patched with the latest SVN yesterday. Now it seems waking from S3 with PowerScheduler works too (S4 worked also previously). I can wake from S3 - which is my preferred powersaving state - with my USB keyboard too.
Waking from S3 or S4 however is not perfectly stable, from time to time waking from power save causes a reboot...

I think I've found a bug in TvChannels.cs when importing / exporting DVB-S channel list.
In Export_To_XML method there's missing code to export DVBS pmtPID (on line 1337).

I have had some quirky things happen with HIP on my machine...
like if im pressing the remote key that is mapped to volume down then i press and other key, i get one more volume down, then the next press of that other key, i get the correct function...

Yeah, thats another bug in the Home-plugin.
It can't remember all the name-changes you make:-(
You'll have to save the Menu-structure EVERY time you have changed a single name.
Somehow the Duplicate-problem have disappeared once in a while.
When i have the problem, I shutdown Mediaportal settings, and reopen...

This is old problem but now have I enough time to testing. In previous version RC2 have same problem.Tv tunning work...
I have the same thing but I was able get around it by trying out different Codecs. I am thinking it also matters from which you are coming when starting DVD.
That means I am in TV using Codec XXX starting DVD using Codec YYY.
(Besides of that I am having blue screens from time to time that seem to be caused by the kind of sound...

I see this happening too. Also I see that even if I delete IMDB lookup (by entering nothing at time), it STILL tries to look IMDB.
Also it crashes all the time.
I would love if the system could JUST ADD WHAT IT SEES in the database, no on-line lookup or anything.

Fixed! Probably not a MP bug... =)
I reinstalled my Hauppauge drivers without installing the software..
(hcw25nova-hvr-24111.exe (32307 KB, 25. April 2006))
Then maybe I had the wrong codec selected for my card. I made sure MPV and MPA codecs was used and now it works!!!

Glad to hear it all worked out well then :)
Just a tip for next time though, generally Codec packs are not a good idea. It's better to install the codecs you need manually. There are a few sticky threads in the Tips and Tricks forum that explain the best way to do this.
