The previous poster is quite correct. Stay with 0.1.3.0 till 0.2.0.0 RC2 comes out. It's not worth the heartache or frustration at the moment.
When it's right it looks as if it will be truly amazing! :D

I'll like to confirm I did a bit more testing and consider this a bug.. The error msg given by media portal is that no free tuner can be found..(while neither should be in use).

AFAIK, this is normal. I see it here too, on my system. I believe it just matches the fps with the source material you're displaying. For me, this means 25fps for TV, DVD and (most) movies... ;)
EDIT: AFAIK this issue is related to the same behaviour.

It seems its desktop resolution specific, i have just tried and when i run my desktop at 800x600 i have no problems exiting...

I think something has changed from RC0 to RC1 cause if I remember correctly with RC0 ( dont know what build) it did work
either its a MP something or a driver issue

This only happens on a PC with a TV card installed, so I would assume it's a conflicting access to the TV card drivers that makes MP shut down itself.
