Hi i have pushed some commits i consider stable and an improvement over the current svn state to a github branch "instant_De_stable

These commits include:

- more reliable startup code for slow machines/site loading: Actually the start is retried via javascript via try/catch
- Proper language switching in BrowserHost for the de site via an extra site AmazonPrimeDe
- Jump to beginning/next episode with ACTION_PREV_ITEM/ACTION_NEXT_ITEM when watching TV Show (Serien) episodes

I think these could be safely merged to the current implementation.
Other things like the watchlist support will follow later once i have cleaned up my commits and are confident that these changes work. Will add them to that branch if i think they are stable enough.

@Jason Pyke it would be great if you would review/test those changes with the UK site and merge them if you like them.

Thank you for supplying a test build. I already love the search function. Although you can´t be held responsible for Amazons stupid search results...

Overall, this is a lot more stable.

The most annoying thing i found out is that sometimes keyboard controls don´t work. E.g. i hit "Space" to pause playing and it does not react. Or i have to try more often and wait a long time.
The next time i do (the next movie, series) it works flawlessly.

Also, Media portal Volume up, down is not mapped. But i guess you know this

Is there anything i can do to help narrowing down the problem ?
Again: Thank you for your great work. I already prefer this over browser viewing.

The play/pause is probably because Silverlight has focus again (possibly). @JSurf - it might be worth adding a javascript timer to set focus to that text box every 5 seconds or so to see if it fixes the issue.

Volume will be handled by MediaPortal, so it won't adjust the movie volume, it'll be the system volume - what setting have you got for the audio device? It may be that you need to play with these - I think I've got master volume selected and that works OK.

Timer could be added, no problem.

There was a plugin released for XBMC/Kodi released that works without using browser/silverlight, by switching to flash and using an rtmp stream. This might also be a direction to check out, i think onlinevideos also has rtmp support ?? I have tested the plugin, it works pretty flawless and uses much less cpu than a full browser, which is a big plus for my setup with limited CPU power

@Jason Pyke @Ministerk i might need help by a rtmp expert from the onlinevideos team. think i got all parameters parsed neede to built a rtmp url but it is not working. Any suggestions on who to contact from the onlinevideos team ?

Got some super ugly hacky code (based on the stuff the kodi plugin does), that does create a rtmp url instead of starting the browser host, but the rtmp connect fails after some steps.
