ok i figured it out, i had to unistall the skin and reinstall it, but i will have to upload the log file if it happens agains so you can see.

Maybe something with your old usermenu caused a problem for the upgrade when new menu was created. When you uninstalled did you check the box to remove your old basichome settings? It would be good to have a copy to check if that was the problem.

not on the first time around, so that was probably it. On the second time around i did, i wanted to start fresh.
