Yes, I think I have configured everything, I went through the Wiki. I see in the log that the EPG is started, and then does it stop. I could send you logs when I come home but as I said, how can I know if the EPG data is delivered.

Unfortunately MP can't tell you directly what EPG data is available. Have you checked the epg.log?
I think possibly the best thing would just be to provide us with a TS dump and somebody can run it through an analysis tool to check if data is available. Instructions for providing a TS dump are -->here<--.

MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback.
If you you don't have multichannel music you can choose WASAPI as the output and set the number of speakers to stereo.
