You missunderstood me. The copy procedure is only needed once (before applying the patch). The data directory where the menu now is saved will never be overwritten by the xfactor skin so your settings will always be present in the future. This means that a import/export procedure is not necessary as your settings will never be lost

I have a feature request:

In MyVideos->List view, the posters are now very small (to show more fanart I guess). But as the fanart in MyVideos isn't directly linked to the films in the list (á la MovingPictures) this seems unnecessary as the fanart is merely a backdrop, so what I request is about two times bigger posters for this view.

I'm wondering, what version of MP/4TR are you using? I'm using MP 1.1.0 Alpha (with the latest SVN23316) and the latest 4TR (1.4.0.1). Are you using MP 1.0.2? Might be a problem with 4TR and the latest MediaPortal version.

I thought so. Thanks for the help. I might post a question on the 4TR forums to see if this is a compatibility issue. None of the other skins I have installed contain any 4TR XML files (Blue3/Blue3 Wide, Xface)... might have to install Monochrome to test.

I'm wondering if it might be possible to somehow highlight the currently selected (active) item on the yellow pop-up horizontal sub-menu (see attached image), so that one can tell exactly where they are. I realise that the skin is designed to show different background images for all the different sections (in order to see which section is currently active) but I often use the same background for multiple closely-related sections (e.g. TV and RecordedTV).

I was thinking it could be something very simple, like a white outline around the text of the active section.

I'd like to request this too, can be difficult to see which selection you're on (especially if you've only two options and neither is centred)

If you take a closer look, you'll see that there is a difference in colour between "TV" (black) and the other items in your screenshot (grey). But you are right: this difference should be bigger (but pls no white text on yellow bg) - it's hard to tell them apart...

Hi cul8er,

I have the following problem: the media type icons (for instance CC, type of audio, type of video, ecc.) are not displayed in OSD. I can see the plot and the cover of an XVID for instance but not the media type icons. It worked with version 225.

If you need I can post a screenshot.
