i want to release a german and english version. but if you need another language it's pretty easy to edit a few png's. most of the text and labels are defined through a language file in xml format.

the skin will be released in a few days. on tv it looks very good. i have to adjust some fonts so everything could be read on tv. the skin comes with some logos for the news-modul, so when there is no logo in the news feed you can use a local image. already finished the following logos:
- myhtpc.de
- heise.de
- tagesschau.de
- n24
- spiegel-online
- golem
- mediaportal documentation project
more to come.
before i will release the final version i would like to do some beta-testing. if someone is interested contact me via pm (please include an email adress so i can send the skin to you).

Buthcher have you tested your Skin with the latest CVS?
Frodo / Mario have changed the MyMusic overlay feature for visualisations / album thumbnails.
If you PM me the latest version I can check it out for you as the previous beta I got did not work well at all.

also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything)

Since over a year my MP sometimes stucks while showing the welcome screen. It started once a week now it happens every second time...
