At the Setup choose Television--double click to get Capture Card. On that Scan after choosing your country.
After scanning if you choose TV Channels you will get a screen showing
Available Assigned.
Move the channels you want to Assigned.
You may already have done this but I had trouble finding the menu until I accidentally double clicked on Television.
