Ensure both client and server powerschedular plugins are enabled and set up corectly. Check for processes that may stop PS shutdown.
Ensure that the standard MP powerschedular is dissabled.
Run MP in debug and allow to become idle for the specified time to allow hibernation to be invoked between the client/server checks.
If this fails posts the logs collected during this test.
