But now I've an other problem.
Mediaportal now didn't found any channels by channel scan.
I wanted to use german cable-tv but i didn't find any configuration-possibility to set up the frequencies...

Well, bought another TV card (Compro DVB 300T) and tried it with MP and exactly the same results on 3 computers as with my Avermedia Cardbus Hybrid - "No TV signal detected" was the error given when accessing analog channels. A good effort by the MP team but I have given up!

The last post for this problem was in April 06 and still no solution.
It is clear to me from what I have just read that it is MP causing the problem!
Before MP, standby works a treat, I install MP standby ceases to work, I unistall MP standby still broken!

Next time ill use the tool when reporting problems.
I got it working now again with the following steps:
In the start.bat file I changed all register lines to unregiter lines and run it in the MP dir. Atterwards uninstall and install MP again and all is fine.
I will try the SVN snapshot later again...

first of all, you should see the MP codecs in configuration. If you use a svn and the codecs aren´t visible in configuration, try to execute the start.bat in the MP directory. That should fix it. If you´re not using a svn, try to reinstall MP. Windows and codecs is sometimes a little bit difficult :roll:

The pc stops at the “windows close†screen , and shot down the hd. In standby mode it dose the same.

I changed the renderer and the sound is ok now...
I am still having trouble with stuttering though... Whenever I have timeshift on, I get stuttering... even if I have nothing else running on the box.... As soon as I switch off timeshift, the picture is perfect....
Any further suggestions??

I have nearly nailed my MP set up.
There are just a couple of little quirky problems that I would like to iron out...
This suggests to me that you have to start from a disk re-format and carefully re-install everything - you should not be getting these errors, ever.... :(
