as far as I understand from the first post, if you have a PCI card with FM tuner you can't listen at FM radio and Internet radio at the same time?
If you install shoutcast, must you exclude FM radio?
Am I wrong?

had the same problem. Go to Setup and re-enter the frequencies for the channels even if the channels seem to be correct. That helped in my case.
Perhaps try a few first and tune in.
