There are mods of the 9600 around that produce a RGB interlaced signal to be guided direct to the TV via SCART. Perhaps try these. They are named RADEON XXL.
Works in my MP machine without a problem.

When I start MP and I enter MyTV it takes quite long (~15Seconds) until I see some picture and the MyTV screen appears. Re-entering MyTV or watching some movies and then re-entering MyTV is quite fast then.
Any ideas? Seems that TVServer does some loading and because of that it takes some time?
