Sad to say, but I surrender. In spite of dozens of hours attempting to get this working I am at a loss to get IRSS to learn my Dish remote controls. Interestingly, I purchased LM Remote Keymap and it learned my Dish IR codes in a snap (as does Windows 7 MCE). Not sure if LM Remote Keymap can interface with MediaPortal's blaster...

You could write a macro that used a variable that incremented by 1 each time you pressed a certain button, then ran a different command depending on the value of the variable.

Interesting what you're trying here - I have a discrete "OFF" for my TV, but no discrete "ON", so I use a "POWER" command. Sometimes the TV is On when I send the "POWER" command, so it turns off when I wanted it on. Similar to you, I tried to write something to keep track, but failed.

Stupid me! After re-installing TV Server 1.1.0 Beta and the IRSS Test Build 1.4.2.3064, I realised that the TV card order under TV Server - Servers has changed. My analog card is now #2.
Assigning the key presses to the right card in the plugin helped. Now, everything works as expected.
