when i first started using this addon, the shows without banners just had there name appearing in normal text, since about a month...
Once MP (and with it the plugin) is running, it is listening for new/deleted files constantly (via filesystem events), there should be almost zero delay (a couple of seconds due to it trying to "buffereing" multiple new files, but other than that...) when picking up new shows. Of course then it has to download meta-data for them...

It should be seen as two episodes but...
because the DVD order is not present, it defaults to sorting by aired date. if you noticed when you sort it by aired order it is not in the order it aired but in the episode order.(which is suppose to be the same and should be fixed)

Easiest way to see this bug is to downloaded my new re-skinning of MYTVseries pages which is based on the SpinSafeRevolve skin...
Ok I did a work around, I deleted the MPTVSeriesBanners directory and redid the series downloads. This time it did download the banners and episode artwork.
