How can I set the audio renderer for the Skin's sound effects?
I use the blue3wide skin with MP 1.1.
All audio (TV and Video) is working on the HDMI output, but the skin's sound effects are coming out on the PC speakers and I can't see an option to change it.

I am having trouble getting MP to play 5.1 channel audio when I play AVI files.
I just get 2 channels.
With MKV files its OK...
OK, I solved it - sort of.
WebEPG and DVB data is no good, as is 1 hour out and can't correct whatever I do.
The only way around it was to use the time correction in the XMLTV plugin set to 11 hours not 10 as it should be for my area.
This means I am stuck with having to use XMLTV, not my first choice because of all the setup...

You can use the MP 1.02 version and Windows 7 with a MCE remote if you replace the remote plugin with this one...

Basically when I set extend display and play vid via HDMI on my TV...
Place folder.jpg in the directory for each movie.
Alternatively use 'moving pictures' plugin which will automatically populate the database with dvd covers/backdrops/imdb info etc.
I recommend you download "StreamedMP" this will install streamedmp skin, moving pictures, and my tv series. This will make mediaportal look really sexy...
