MP STARTING TO GROW ON ME
restored an old HD image,
installed MP RC2,
tinkeled some with the codecs,
found out that EPG must be ok otherwise everything freezes,
installed *** to get the DVD working over TV out,
and everything (except for small thingies) is working fine!!

Am I missing a setting?
For some reason when I tag a program in the EPG to record via webportal the pre and post record times are set to 0 minutes on that show, rather than the Media portal default?
Does anyone have this problem?

Cool.... thanks for the ideas Marcus. It turned out to be a codec problem. I switched to a different codec and it played perfectly!

I know that if I select back to the home tab its fine, but if you leave tv running mediaportal crashes, I've found no change with any of the selections within powerscheduler.

I dont know if this is functional or a bug, but on my current RC2, I have setup the remote to map power off button to system...

I have also the same problem:
Tuner: Hauppauge NOVA-T (DVB-T)
CVS: 12 10 2006, MP0.2
The setup wizard detect the tuner but hide the autotune button.
When I go to "channels", I can launch the tune but no channels are found.
uninstalling everythink and reinstalling RC1 is working fine.

I use a modified Blue Two skin but the problem is nowhere near as severe as yours. It rarely hapens and fixes itself when I switch between fullscreen and preview. I didn't even think it was possible to have the osd in preview.
