Audio out of sync (1 Viewer)

It is already set to Default DirectSound Device.
Sometimes I notice a little pause in the video when going fullscreen (not media portal but tv window). When that happens, audio is usually out of sync.
I don't know how the tv engine works, but isn't possible to lock audio and video? Or drop frames when audio starts to get out of sync?

Have you tried other codecs? ffdshow can use huge amount of CPU depending on settings.
