Hi, i really really love this skin. I've switched over from streamedmp and have no intention of going back.



few very small bugs i've noticed:
1. the aspect ratio on the rss icon can be messed up pretty dramatically if the image doesn't fit, would there be a way to remove the picture altogether?

2. there are small gaps sometimes between the main boxes on the basichome screen

3. the difference between the selected and unselected item on the horizontal basichome menu is not enough to tell which word is highlighted. it might be better to make the unselected items white instead of grey

4. is there any way to make the tvguide more color coded? maybe with different colors for sports or movies? maybe it's just my guide, but everything is just black for me.


again, really great work. this is the best skin i've ever come across (and definitely the most polished) thanks so much.

Hi, first of all, just want to say I love this skin.

I have just one small problems after upgrading to R247. When watching TV: Earlyer when I pressed MENY on the remote, the current program was shown as an overlay in the bottom of the screen. After update, this only works the first time when starting up watching TV. After that its only a short "flicker", and then it disapears. Only the 'timeshift-progressbar' is shown (untill i press EXIT)

I have worked on the TV OSD so hopefully this problem is gone in the version that I will release soon. The OSD works like this. Press "menu" (i on my remote) on your remote. This will open the OSD information in minimized mode. Press upp on remote and you will se more information.

I don't like this new TVOSD - I press 'info' on my remote to bring up info; I don't want to press 'info' then press 'up' twice to get the info to appear. I would prefer to press 'info', the info is there, then press down to get rid of the info IF you don't want it. What used to take one press to get the info up, now takes three.

In Moving Pictures, when you go into the details view and press Update info from the Internet, the dialog "You are about to refresh all movie metadata..." comes up with a Yes/No prompt. The first film it works fine, but with the next one, the dialog background is missing. Is this a skin bug, or a plugin bug?

Another thing that's been broken for me (since the skin was first released) is the "update album cover" in the Music section. I guess there's some sort of pop-up happening, but that background is missing for me or something, because I just get a hint of information overlaying the top left corner of the screen. Or perhaps the function is broken in MediaPortal altogether?

Hi Jeditrav,

I appreciate you feedback but I like being able to have the minimized OSD on when watching some movies without it interfering with the picture. So I will leave it as it is.

But I have a small bug in the TV OSD.

The program entry is a little bit too long...
The entry from the first line continues in the "third" line. Sometimes it's really mixed up...

If you can fix that it would be really nice

If this is the right place to post this, I dont know. If not. Just remove it please.
I found version 334 of xfactor and gave it a try. (STUNNING!!)
But I think there is a judder in the fading effects. Its nealy 100% smooth, but when the fading is about 80% done, some other screen or image is extremely short visible. It gives the impression that there is a jump in the fading. In the x-factor menu editor I only use non-multiimage settings.
