Use the debug mode option from the start menu this will create you a zip file of logs. Just replace the binaries I have (now) attached to my post

This is as is but it is not tested very well. I am hoping to go get time later in the week

after a quick test I have one Problem: If I use from the context menu (2) Add to Playlist the title is added (and the current playing album unaffected).

Settings:

• OK / Enter / Select Button : Play
• Add All Tracks : Enabled
• Jump To Behaviour : None
• Playlist screen shows current playlist : Disabled

At my remote I use the "y" button (Add song/folder to Playlist) and within IRSS I only can find an Action "queue Item".

I'm looking for the corresponding Action for the "effect" of the context menu. Any hints/ideas?

Looks quite good and if I get the remote "mapped" to the new functonality, the testing can go on... THANKS!

My expectation / wish was to create a playlist while listening to other Album/tracks and the context menu function seems to do this.

Or has the "queue item" behaviour to be changed: If "Playlist screen shows current playlist" is disabled, queue add's to the "current active" Palylist, elsewhise to the "current"?

With my current settings nothing is queued to the Playlist that is displayed on F1 with "queue item" ! Maybe added to the "background current playing" Playlist?

Any Ideas?

Yep no way to map to remote currently. I will sort something out for this but have not had time yet.

Currently the queue option should add the highlighted track to whatever is playing. eg. if you are playing a playlist then it will add it to playlist, if not it will add it to the hidden "now playing" playlist. There is a little feature that I have not sorted yet in that this works when using the context menu but not when using the queue item action.

I will sort this and hopefully have a further patch later in the week

OK attached is what I have proposed to the team for 1.2 RC. To get this in I am going to need your help to test this.

Since the last patch I have added an action to add to the playlist so you can map this to your remote and it will now move to the next item on the list if you add an item to the playlist.

I now really need your help to test this else things will stay as they are in beta. I need testing of all different settings and options not just how you use music normally.

Should be fixed in the post above. (Sort of anyway). Skipping the top level is a little problematic as MP does not know if you are going up or down the view and gets confused. With this fix it will skip when you enter the view but will show the skipped level when you go back up. Not ideal but needs more work for a better solution
