It's not difficult it's 1.Unnecessary(now you can configure Others with any plugin) 2.Breaks the design flow(personal opinion or not) 3. I dont want to add it myself as it's something i will never use.
Themes/Mods were created for this very reason if you want something so badly you can add it manually or ask someone else to add it for you, don't forget you are the only person ever to ask for different size/amounts of tiles.

No i just think you missed the original point when i released the skin, it was not designed with other users in mind it was designed for my own personal use but i decided to share it. The theme can do what I ask? Add the very first tab. Add to it from 1 to 9 plugins. From 0 to 3, recently added. If this is possible, then fine, if not, then I just ask this possibility. For you, nothing will change. But increased usability.
