you should be able to replace the dshowhelper.dll in any recent svn build (i'm using a build which is 2 or 3 days old, can't tell exact rev. atm.). what exactly do you mean by "side by side version conflict"?

None of the HD channels work for me now. I get sound in one of the channels though but just a black screen. The other just locks up (black, no sound).

I'm using the PowerDVD 7.x decoder. Haali media splitter. Nvidia 8500 GT.

Broceliande: no IRC at work, but the most important changes are in the sources.zip i attached a few posts above. the black-screen bug should also be fixed in current svn, but it seems that the dll that gets distributed with svn-setup is not up to date.

Laban: to repeat myself: are you using current svn build, or the dll i attached a few posts back? because svn-version is broken atm.

edit: if you are using my local-built dlls and still get black screens, could you please attach vmr9.log and mediaportal.log

Hmm, not sure that the above error was related to this, here's the mediaportal.log file from a "clean" session where i just started to watch a HD channel.

Can't find the wmr9.log file. Where should that file be located ?
