If the receiver plugs directly into a connection on the sound card, recommend forget it, as controls go via sound card driver.
If it plugs into a usb connection, use either girder or hip to program it to use mp.

Could be a conflict if you've downloaded some codecs or installed some software recently, you could always try a system restore back to when it was working or rather more drastically a complete install. thank you for your reply. It kinda confirmed what I suspected. It's not a true OSD opening window ... The back button on the MCE remote does allow me to close it.

Hi, most osd popup windows can be closed with the "Y" when displayed. This is not the case with the Mini EPG window.

If you used the wizard, it would have set the card depending on its card type. Even in the config program it would have determined the card type automatically so can you be more specific as to where you clicked analogue?
