Perhaps add some explanation about "static categories" to the wiki. E.g. if there are no categories at the target site, to add a 'dummy'

Yesterday I tried to configure my first own site.

OK i manged to fix this issue , the problem was that i had an unfinished OV 1.3.0 which i guess had a bug inside so removed this version and marked to clean all settings and files did it.
i updated lavf again to version 0.51.2 and then installed OV 1.3.0 from the OV codec page and after these steps it started to work .
