started about a week ago, tried restoring an 2 month image where I was 100% sure it worked but same issues, oh and tried 1.1rc4 what the hell?

As i explained, even if you fetch new satellite info it might be out of Mp's hand, because if wrong(old) transponder keeps sending channel info and it is scanned later during channel scan it overwrites tuningdetails. Well it's all working now so I don't appear to have worry about 'work arounds etc'.
How did I fix it all?
I just installed RC3 and everything ears to be ok now.
OPPs! spoke too soon, a day or so later, it still fails to start, so have to resort to Stop/Start the TV server still!
