After reinstalling the FloppyDTV drivers (same version) and getting the TVServer to recognise the card again (which took a while) everything seems to be running fine again. Only a few discontinuity errors in the first minute, but after that it's been running smooth for quite some time.

The only way to find if there is a problem, check with neighbours firstly, can they receive signals fine with no weather breakup, ie hard rain\wind. if they have good signal, then its your incoming signal at fault, so check any aerial connections that your comfortable dealing with, if not get a aerial installer to check incoming...
