Who is the primary implementer of TV UI functionality these days? I just find it strange that while it's possible to show a preview in the TV guide, for instance, the same thing hasn't been achieved in the home screen etc?!

mp 0.2.0.3 clean install
1) make a new music share to a folder you know contains music, but dont browse to the directory, enter it like 'C:\mp3\'
2) press scan
3) configuration.exe crashes without an error

I installed MP 0.2 and I followed the proper instructions to install the WinTV card (Hauppage encoder set-up, as specified in the WinTV card set-up section).

This or something similar has happenende to me a couple of times with several MP revisions.

From what Ive been told by another dev, the problem is one which requires re-writing of some code that is set to be replaced for 0.3.0, hence there is no hurry to do it twice. Sorry if thats not a good answer but the solution could be months away.

If you do not want channel to show up anywhere delete in setup/tv/channels, you will most probably have to remove all programs info from epg database as well.
After doing above backup tvchannels.

I'm no expert, but it sound's that Driver's are not getting initialised properly after standby/hibernate, hopefully one of the Devs will try and see if anything has changed relating to this within MP's coding.

When Switching to Video Overlay, MP seems to force the "Stretch" aspect ratio, instead of keeping the ratio from fullscreen or even from the little preview window. Have not tried with TV. Sequence of events follows

Even though I have not received a reply to my bug report it seems that the Mediaportal team has solved this issue. The problem disappeared after updating to version 0.2.0.2.

I have a problem with MyTV. Sometimes, the audio and the video frozen. At this moment the CPU goes to 100% due to "system" process...
I also get this message when returning to MyTV and it's extremely annoying, I want to watch what I'm recording without having to hit OK every time. Sometimes I get 'Recorder is busy' message when going to MyTV.
Is there no way to get rid of this check if you're using one tuner?
