The volume display is only present on some screens. I think it should be on all relevant screens such as when playing audio.
It is also very small, can it be made much bigger.

MediaPortal never shows the volume display for music playback, only video, so this isn't something that's handled by the skins.

I responded on the google code page that a code change in mediaportal is needed. He can submit a patch if he want it on all screens and we will implement it

Which allows menu items to be hyperlinked with a second parameter that can be used to take you directly to a specific part of a plugin. e.g:

MovingPictures
The BasicHome screen contains two hyperlinks to MovingPictures with two different hyperlinkParameters

Link 1 is named "Kids Movies" and will open MovingPictures with the category defined for save usage by the children
Link2 is named "Movies" and will open MovingPictures and show all movies (it may be secured with a pin)


MP-TVSeries
The BasicHome of skin x contains two links to mp-tvseries each with a different hyperlinkParameter

Link 1 will open mp-tvseries and show Bobs Favorite series
Link2 will open Janes favorite series
Link3 will show all shows for the kids

It would be great to have support in the basichome editor.

hi , this option to play from the 'Recently Added' items in basic home , can be down with the new upcoming fanart handler
that will be ralice this coming weekend , the only thing is maya team use thir on plugin for movies and tv ,for 'Recently Added'
and for music and tv record they use fanart handler plugin ...

with this new play direct option with fanart handler plugin , just need to mod the xml little bit ....

but i hope Maya team will do it as defult ,,,will be better....

What I would really like to see is support for DownloadCentral in the MovingPictures skin, I thought that I saw this as a feature request at some point but can´t seem to find it anymore.

hi fanart handler version 2.2.2 is out ....will love if maya will full Support for this version , many new update and skin change need .
