Hi, i have a few suggestions on the norwegian translation. Most of it is very good, but the text that comes up during startup is not norwegian, just a translation of words and poor language. Does not look good when using the alternate splash-screen.

There should be an option to just turn off all that info, but still keep the splash-screen. How abou this: (works in any language)

Agreed.

There are quite a few translations that I am not satisfied with, but I struggled to find decent translations for the words in question.

Initierer is not a norwegian word AFAIK, so this needs to be replaced with "Initialiserer", but I am not sure how to spell that.

I also stumbled on the word "Skin", my best suggestion would be "Tema", but I am not sure if that is good enough.

I hope we get a proper translation very soon. The current is okey, but not very good.

Yup -> Søk i elektroniske ordbøker

Theme is not the same as skin; a skin can have different themes (well, in another HTPC app - unknown to most - anyway)

I think I will go through the translations today or tomorrow. One thing that struck me, was that many translations were reoccurring in the file.

Hmmm, bad thing to discuss in approved thread since changes is already in & done & not followed anymore
That said, changes have to be in very soon to be in next release.
