I yesterday installed the Media Portal TV server, both the analogue and the DVB-T card shows in the TV server!
However I havn't had the time to test the analogue card in the TV server yet, I'll have to move the PC to a TV outlet... I'll get back to you guys when i've tested...

For some reason the terratec card had been fine on the the missing channels but now all of them seem to have dropped ITV and Five.us so it probably is as you say the signal being split that caused it after all.
Fortunately I have a powered booster to hand so i am going to plug it in and turn up the power...

Ok, I have the Business on this computer. But you can still get the mediacenter in Vista x64. You just need one of the editions that I mentioned above.
But its not any good atm, the lack of drivers is a bigger problem with the x64 editions of Vista. Your X64 mediacenter wont work very well, according to TGB.

What's probably happened here is you've set MP to use VMR7 or overlay, both of which are labelled as "video renderer"- WMP uses VMR7 which is why it looks the same. Both will perform a levels expansion (except when vmr7 is in renderless mode) to 0-255.
