The processor speed is quite slow - I just used scavenged parts from a few old PCs I had lying around - but I think it's fast enough. Found another work around if you own an HP pavilion TV. They come with a remote that includes a setting for MCE. But leaving it on TV setting the Right arrow seems to do exact what I needed (same as X on keyboard)

I'm happy that the migration to 0.2.2 went smooth, however, one issue seems to pop up.

It worked. I reduced by 4 the size and now everything is ok.

I have a few questions that I'd like answers to before I get too serious...
well, you may be right... i found something interesting... first, every entry to recorded tv allocates about 15MB and never returns it... than every playing of show from recorded tv gets another 10-20MB... so, maybe it is not problem with DX wich I previously suspected... maybe it is database problem... but I deleted all databases...

I'm not sure if this is the same problem but I use MP for mainly watching video files.
Now if I hit pause during a movie and leave it for an hour or more and then come back and hit pause to continue watching then MP seems to hang.
I can hear the movie continuing in the background but the "pause" bar at the bottom is still there...

BDA drivers are what you need.
The normal avermedia driver is intended possibly for just a normal winxp installation.
MP like MCE uses the BDA drivers.

hmmmm after a little more testing i can see that it actually happens everytime i try to watch the canal+ HD channel.
The screen just turns black and i cant do anything (not even ctrl-alt-del) i have to reboot.

Nope, FAT32 does not offer that feature, that is unique to NTFS, HFS and the unix file systems. (along with lots of other advantages)

1. Uninstalled GB-PVR (I suspect it was nabbing the card on startup)
2. Uninstalled MediaPortal
3. Uninstalled Tuner card drivers
4. Re installed tuner card drivers
