Yes it would be nice I have thought of having this feature in the past.
The natural keys are gone though and pressing 'S' continuously will be a pain unless they change the key assignments.
Up and Down would be the natural choice here in my opinion.
I don't think the current feature - big step forward / back is well used.

Yes, but it would be nice to know if a episode is going to record because it could conlfict with another recording. Actually this brings up the concept of recording priorites which is something I'd like to see in MP. I'm acutally thinking of doing coding myself.

Check for right CD in drive. Some games need a CD in the drive and if i forget that, i get a nasty windows dialog box. It would be nice to get this box from MP. ;)

I've created a simple patch that makes the mouse mostly work on the OSD. You can check it out here, and hopefully frodo (or another dev wit cvs access) will pick it up and put it into the next release.

Just an idea mainly for DVD playback. It would b nice to have a function that would allow MP to detect the Frame rate of a DVD (or File) and switch the TV output accordingly. This would mean if a DVD was 50/25 fps the output would go to PAL and if the DVD was 60/30 fps it would swtch to NTSC.
