There is infact a config library hidden for your user in:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal
When you run the program as Administrator it is using the config in the installation library that is why you have to reconfig.

I 'fixed' it myself,
Noticed that the only .MKV files are played correctly in my setup.
So what I did was change all the HD files to .MKV (with a small file extension changer) and now MP play all of them correctly.

Have problem with Triax Multifocus/Skystar2 and autoscan.
On diseqc 1 > Thor, diseqc 2 > Sirius, diseqc 3 >Hotbird, diseqc 4 >Astra
When scanning for channels it finds total ca. 970 channels on Thor and Astra.
it MP does not find any channels on Sirius or Hotbird.
ProgDVB works perfect. finds a total off...

Those log messages have to do with the music player, nothing to do with your TV card. All it is saying is the music visualization isn't needed because no music is playing.
