Yes, Specials are 'Season 0'. If you dont want to change your file names you can manually match them up using the Import Wizard.

Just chiming in as someone who has this issue...all it takes is to delete an episode, and after that an attempt to re-import will not show the episode for selection. I'm converting some files to mp4 from mpeg2 and that's where I'm hitting the problem. If I feel brave later I'll give the SQL editing instructions a shot ;)

Not sure what your problem is? If the file is a merge of both episodes, and you want to be able to watch them seperate, then you need to either split them apart via AVI Mux GUI or an alike tool.
But that doesn't make sense, unless you plan to watch the serie out of order. Otherwise watching the entire dual-episode will mark both...

I resently upgraded to the latest TV-Series plugin. And the first thing i noticed is that the Manual importer is removed...
Had some time on my hands, so decided to do some investigating... ( instead of the lazy thing, and just post up a problem ;-)
It turned out to be .mkv files (with, i believe subtitles.) upping the shared memory for the GPU together with disabling subtitles did the trick.
Tomorrow i'll try to enable the subs on file start again...
