yeah not really what I was after - I use an alt tab context menu (web browsing, check email, paicasa etc) and I can't see that menu when media portal is playing TV.

thanks for the suggestion but I have already done with 1.1.0 Alpha also by changing the tv card (Hauppauge WinTV-Nova-T Usb Stick and WinTV-CI), but the result is identical.

Hmmm - big problem then - if i rescan i get the unable to start graph - timed out waiting for PMT iisue!
The only way i can get working channels with 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 is to import an old export otherwise nothing will tune!
Maybe i'll have to try 1.1!

The delay is likely due to the plug-in you are using for decryption. Remove the decryption plug-in and try the free-to-air channels if there are any. I bet it tunes faster that way.
