I got from friend of mine an DVB-S SkyStar2 card. It worked well with DVB-T AF9015, so the only conclusion is Pinnacle drivers!!!!
De-installed and re-installed 4.91 ! No change again.
Q: Does anyone here have Pinnacle Sat Pro (450i) together with other DVB card and both work well ?

That seems to be the only functional card, i have tried with Terratec Cinergy C, but unfortunately it only seems to work slightly with dvbviewer and such. I will purchase 2 FloppyDTV for my project :-)
