I don't think this has to do with PowerScheduler. I use 4 The Record to record and have disabled PowerScheduler (in TV Server) and Power Scheduler Client...

If the server is on that pc it will collect logs from both, otherwise run it from whichever machine has TVServer installed.
But the chances are, all the high cpu is showing is the import of EPG\Channel data, which we know can be intensive and also slow.
