I found the problem and have updated the SVN, the forced encoding was not being copied with the HTTPRequest object.
If you are still interested, the Encoding support is handled in HTMLPage.cs (MediaPortal.Utils.Web) in the Utils.dll.

I copied the new channels.xml file and the www_telemoustique_be.xml files to the appropriate directories, ran WebEPG-conf, cleared the TV program database and ran WebEPG. This did the trick.

The 'www.telepocket.be' EPG provider in Belgium does not seem to work anymore since last week. It's French counterpart doesn't work...

zutcorp, I'm not sure what the problem is here exactly. Can you try the latest release and if you are still having a problem. Post the webepg log you get.

Yes, installer will give you the opportunity to backup your existing setup, so if something you do not find working properly, you can easily revert back to your previous install.
Personally never found a major problem with svn updates, and if something does not work as it should, its pretty quickly fixed.
