Yesterday I un- and reinstall OnlineVideo-Plugin twice...
OK, I will check it again, because you said, that your "Internal Player" works with "Amazon prime" (perhaps Firewall, ...?)

If I understand it correctly you need to configure both in online videos and on the Amazon Prime website. If it works for you with the browser player but not with internal, maybe you haven't done the corresponding settings change on the website?

Yep, you need to change your player preferences from silverlight to flash in your Amazon Account settings if you want to use the internal player. For me, it now works like a charm in the official release.

Yes, I made also the changes on Amazon Webside.
Since yesterday the Internal player didn't work anymore, i tried different settings (3 days before "Internal-Player" worked).

I changed to "Browser (OnlineVideo config)" and "Silverlight (Amazon webside)" -> Movies are playing -> OK
I changed to "Internal (OnlineVideo config)" and "Flash (Amazon webside)" -> Movies don't play -> ERROR ("Fehler beim Abrufen der Abspieladresse")

May somebody can help me with OV Version posted by JSurf.
I have the issue that OV allways opens the UK page. I tried to reinstall OV and the splitter for several times.
On two other PC it work fine with the german version.

And very strange is that if i copy all the files from the htpc where only uk works to a other pc it load the german version and there it works. (i copied all Media Portal files stored in the Program Data as well as in the Program Files folder)

I'm realy confused and searched for any temp files may stored by OV but haven't found anything helpful which solve the problem.

I use Mediaportal 1.10 and Windows 7 32 bit. In the OV logs it connect to amazon.co.uk web page... If necessary I can add some logs.

I have the same Problem. OV go's every ware to the UK Site. I have Mediaportal 1.10, Windows 7 32 bit too. i delete all old Files but it not work.

Hello again,

today I deleted the whole MediaPortal Installation on my test-PC (all MediaPortal folders were deleted).
I installed MediaPortal 1.11.0 as a Client-installation.
Then I only installed "OnlineVideos 2.0" from MediaPortal Extension Manager (with the MediaPortal IPTV filter 2.1.7.5510)

I have gone to the "OnlineVideo config" and put in the Username + password (Internal Player) and on Amazon webside FLASH.

I startet Mediaportal, gone to OnlineVideos and startet Amazon DE and I became the same ERROR ?!?
No movie will start.

Here is the whole .LOG from an clean MP-installation.
I hope that someone had an idea.

Hi,
I have the problem, that no movie will start with the "Internal Player (Amazon webside -> Flash)" since some days.
Bevore it worked!
I also have Win 7 Prof. 32bit and i did a clean Mediaportal-Installation 1.11.0 and only OnlineVideos (with new IPTV Filter + I sitched OFF firewall and antivir).
And it also dosn't work.

So what happend to our PCs?

Perhaps we have different "Microsoft win7 UPDATES" ?
I don't now exactly, but I think that Windows did some UPDATES last days on my PC (perhaps new NetFramework is the reason) ???

do you know, that something has changed on AMAZON.DE webpage?
Since some days the Internal player doesn't work (please see posts before).
I also made a complete new MP 1.11.0 installation and only OnlineVideo (+ TVIP filter).
But still the same Error ("Fehler beim Abrufen der Abspieladresse")

Hi, looks like a problem with the webpage. Two days ago amazon.de worked fine for! me, but today I got the message "Fehler beim Abrufen der Videos in dieser Rubrik ". I am sure, I did not change anything in MePo.
