Yes, the top-right should be fine - I chose the bottom-left just to be consistent with the location of the time in the OSDs, although they ended up being in the bottom-right. Its tricky trying to find a spot that is free on all the screens and in the OSDs.....Boilermaker said:what would you think about putting the time in the top right hand corner, like the original skin instead the bottom right?
Boilermaker said:what i'll probably do is make the fixes, change the needed graphics and upload the skin on the server tonight to get the fixes out there quickly. then play with where to put the time and date to find the best spots for them.
i'm an amateur photoshopper and an average home theater guy....i'm not sure what alpha bend is...but if its just an aspect of making the osd more transparent it can be done and i'll take a look at it and also compare it to the original blue two skin. there is a setting in the mp setup (maybe that was called alpha bend) that seemed to allow you to adjust the transparency of osds....but playing with that setting did little for me. again, maybe that's the skin's fault and not the ineffectiveness of the setting. Also is there any way to make the screen less dark while fast forwarding and pausing the files and perhaps changing the Alpha blend value to be more transparent while fast forwarding or rewinding or pausing a video?
