it's either movingpictures.xml or movingpictures.facade.xml. Depending on where the skinner decided to define the textcolor.
My guess, based on your screen shot, is to look for the list facade view

    Hi,

    Open "movingpictures.common.facade.xml" and modify/add the properties of the control with description "Movie List". For a list of properties see here MediaPortal1_Development/SkinArchitecture/listcontrol - MediaPortal Manual Documentation

    In my skin I use these properties of the listcontrol;
    <spinColor>ffcccccc</spinColor>
    <shadedColor>000000</shadedColor>
    <selectedColor>FFFFFF</selectedColor>
    <textcolor>D8D8BF</textcolor>

    Best Regards

    Looking at your screen shots, there are a couple of things to investigate further: (1) I notice that you have enabled Apply time compensation when loading TvGuide.xml on the "General" tab in "XmlTv". I had that setting disabled when I successfully loaded your "TvGuide.xml" into my MP 1.37 system. So I think that it is worth repeating...

    @antidot Thank you for your newzap2xml.exe. It worked perfectly. I had to remap chanels. Maybe because I ran it on a different less critical Windows 11 with Defender disable. Then copied xmltv.xml / tvguide.xml to my TVServer Windows machine. Remapping needed maybe because out of sync with the xmltv.dtv or I don't know. Anyway all...

    I've made changes to the media-playing overlays in BasicHome.xml and musicOverlay.xml, but I'm having difficulty finding the video-playing overlay used for the other screens. Isn't there a single overlay .xml that displays in MyVideo, MyMusic, TVSeries, MovingPictures, etc. like the musicOverlay.xml does? Thanks! Update: ... Ooops...

    MP1 MP2 MP2 - V2.5 DVD codec? DE
    Apparently Windows hasn't had the codecs to read DVD since about Windows 8 or 10. I've been searching for a DVD playback codec but it requires another player. Is there a way for MP2 to read DVDs?
