Hello.
While using LAV splitter and codec i have come a cross strange behavior.

Its usualy when watching "live" tv feeds for example BBC iPlayer or Czech TV - section Zive (live).

The video is stuttering, when i pres pause and wait a while and then press play again i get few seconds of undisturbed video but then it returns back to stuttering. While paused, i can see yellow line growing (buffer) so its not that the line is unable to get data.

Is there anything i can do to findout what is the problem?

In the log of online videos i can see only that LAV splitter and filters where used.

I also increesed buffer from 5000ms ti 20000ms.

In all cases it was RTMP protocol, i guess that is flash.

Please let me know what i can do.

When watching the Uitzendinggemist stream, the program asks the user wich streamtype (bitrate) he wants to use. Is it possible to safe a preference for that, so that it doesnt ask it every time ?

Do you want a preferred option which is already selected (so that you only have to hit "ok", like youtube), or that it doesn't present a list, and starts playing your preferred option?

If it's the second, what should I do if new qualities are added, or if your preferred one isn't present?

Don`t forget the new feature of 1.0 where pressing Play instead of Select on a video will directly play the selected option.

hey bud, love your program, one request though, i am a family man and i would love to have onlinevideos family friendly. ie (no porn sites. sorry if this offends you but i would love to hae a clean option and not have to go in and turn the sites off..

I believe normal behavier is to turn the porn sites ON. Not the other way around.

First thing I do is set a strong PIN in the config. The adult sites will only display once a successful PIN was entered.

Done. It's configurable through the mediaportal configuration.

Bear in mind that pressing "ok" on a video shows the list of qualities (with the preferred one selected) while "play" skips showing the list and starts playback of the preferred quality.

I'm not sure if I understand what you're saying Doskabouter. I couldn't find the configuration option, where is it exactly ? Also I now just press enter on an 'uitzendinggemist' stream and it shows 6 options (like mov std, mov bb etc). I'm not sure what you mean with 'press play' ? When I right click a video it does have the option 'play with', is that what you mean ? But even then, it shows again the 6 options. Anway, again, thanks a lot for this great plugin, really love it !
