Exactly stuttering is gone. I had this problem with TVserver and MPclient on XP, but there is no stuttering with such setup on Vista.

I agree with Furetto. Check out the Rule-based scheduler. I've used it for some time now and it really changed the way you schedule recordings. It got loads of powerful options, such as "record around" a given time, etc.
I now there is a web-i/f so you can access it from remove and manage your schedules ;)

It Worked! I deleted the file and it scanned the channels.
it didn't work on the radio channels, so I deleted the RadioDatabase4.db3 file and then scanned the channels....Worked like a charm.
